Collaborate and Sign

How can we use the cloud to collaborate and communicate better? In an accounting environment, the new exiting developments of cloud software is blowing our minds. We can be use these tools to streamline accounting systems throughout business.

An example is how AdobeTM and Microsoft Office 365TM are now using all devices, including cellphones to connect to the same documents in the cloud. These can be shared to various authorisers who can access, peruse and sign the same document. Another example is TrustAccounting as a platform for various uses across the world being able to capture data and utilise this in a shared space.

These developments are exciting and we as accountants need to expand our minds and develop internal controls to incorporate the new technology.
